Phase support

An export did not save

Check that Phase has permission to add photos or save files in system settings. Ensure the device has free storage, then retry. MP4 exports contain animation; applying a video as a system wallpaper depends on the operating system. Lock + Home exports produce a matching pair of image files.

Restore Phase+

Open Phase's upgrade screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. If access is still missing, email support with the platform and a transaction reference. Do not send a full card number or account password.

Cancel a subscription

Manage renewal in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Phase does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by your store under its policy.

Report a problem

Include your device model, OS version, Phase version, the wallpaper name and what happened. A screenshot can help. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them.

Privacy or deletion request

Email om.spider.dev@gmail.com with “Phase privacy request” in the subject. Explain your request and, if available, include a transaction reference or app user ID. See our privacy policy for local data, provider records and retention.
