These terms describe your use of Phase, its wallpaper exports and Phase+.

The service

Phase is a wallpaper creation and preview app provided by Om Gawande. You may use it to customize and export wallpapers for your own devices. Features and availability vary by platform and device. A preview is a simulation. Exporting a video does not guarantee that an operating system can set it as a moving wallpaper.

Your use and your content

You may use Phase's included wallpaper exports for personal device backgrounds. Do not resell the included collection, redistribute it as a competing wallpaper library, or misrepresent included artwork as your original collection. You retain rights to your own content; use only material you have the right to use. Do not use the app unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

Free access and advertising

The free app includes advertising. Some actions, such as an export, may offer a rewarded ad before completion. Ad availability depends on your connection and the ad provider. Phase+ removes in-app advertising.

Phase+ monthly and lifetime

Phase+ is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The store shows the exact price, currency, taxes and purchase conditions before you confirm. India's configured base prices are ₹299 per month and ₹999 for lifetime; local prices may differ.

A monthly subscription renews unless cancelled through the store. Cancel through your Apple or Google account before renewal according to the store's rules. Deleting Phase does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase provides Phase+ access for the lifetime of the Phase service; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever.

Use Restore purchases in the app with the store account used to purchase. Apple and Google purchases are managed by their respective stores; cross-store transfer of a purchase is not promised. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's policy and applicable law.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Phase functioning, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or that local work will survive device failure, app removal or data clearing. Keep a separate copy of exports you want to retain. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
